Time tebow biography

It’s a tale as old as time.

A college football player displays exceptional talent and propels his team to spectacular heights.

Then, that same player is drafted into the NFL and suddenly the talent vanishes and the athlete washes out of the league.

That’s what happened to Tim Tebow.

After a stellar high school career, Tebow matriculated to the University of Florida.

Under head coach Urban Meyer, Tebow guided the Gators to two national titles and became the first sophomore in history to win the Heisman Trophy.

Despite questions about his throwing mechanics and ability to be an NFL quarterback, the Denver Broncos traded up to select Tebow in the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft.

Although he had a few memorable games as a Bronco, Tebow left the Mile High City after two years and then briefly appeared on the rosters of four other teams.
