Biography of Betty Lou Keim
Betty Lou Keim was born in 1938 in Malden, Massachusetts, to choreographer Buster Keim and dancer Dorothy Keim.
At the age of 5, she moved with her family to New York. Keim began dancing at the age of 6, with her father as her first teacher. She soon started taking vocal lessons as well. Her stage debut came at the age of 7 in the production of "Strange Fruit", and she soon made her Broadway debut.
